NIGERIA@63 : Barr. Kester calls for good leadership

The Managing partner KK Ekwueme and company, Barr. Kester Kaunda Ekwueme has said that Nigeria needs good leaders with the best governance and leadership experiences that will save het from the present precarious situation.

According to his release to newsmen “In most cases, it is impossible to give, what you don’t have.
Most European countries that I have been to, comprehend how their governance and leadership system work, they provide social and economic security alongside with safety net for unemployed.

“That insecurity and poverty are less than one percent, all new registered resident not citizens have reasonable money whether they are working or not working. The leaders provide free education to all, quality education, easy access to students loans and grants, easy access to business loans and grants to genuine business men and women, very low unemployment, very reasonable salaries to all workers, 24 hours light and water.”

He stated further “the least employee in Switzerland earns almost 4 million a month before tax. Switzerland earns among the most peaceful countries in the world.The cause of insecurity in Nigeria is lack of reasonable money to all unemployed residents or citizens, he said.

“Most countries like Nigeria where insecurity and poverty are over 70 % have opposite governance and leadership style like Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and so on
What is the governance?
Bad governance
And Bad leadership.

“The solution is that our leaders must emulate Europeans and other developed countries leaders. End of quote.
