The Supreme Court has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by Atiku Abubakar, candidate of the main opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the February 25 presidential election, challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu, of the All Progressives Congress (APC)

A seven-member panel of the apex court led by Justice Inyang Okorowo, reserved judgment after parties in the appeal adopted their respective briefs of arguments on Monday.

Mr. Abubakar is challenging the judgment of the presidential election petitions court, which affirmed the election of President Bola Tinubu.
