The Immediate Past Commissioner for Youth Development and Sports in Ebonyi, Charles Akpuenika has felicitated with his bosom friend and a stakeholder of the Urban Community in Abakaliki, Hon Uche Mouka on his birthday.

Akpuenika who is presently a Legislative Aide to the Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, said he was delighted to be part of the occasion to mark God’s continued goodness on Mouka, popularly called “Shaba” in Ebonyi circles.

Akpuenika, popularly called “Game Changer” noted that he had known Muoka for over a decade and can testify to his humility, trustworthiness and hardwork.

“I can boldly and proudly say that Mouka is one of the Anambrarians in Ebonyi State you can trust anytime, anyday.

“He is full of wisdom, contented with whatever he has and is not envious.

“I salute his sincerity and the spirit of oneness which made him selflessly pilot the affairs of Urban Divine Mandate group.”

He noted that Mouka is one of the founders of the Association of Urban Town Unions and the United Brothers Club (aka Internal).

“On the occasion of this precious birthday celebration, I profess that Muoka’s lifestyle deserves emulation by all.

“As he marks and rejoices over God Almighty’s gift of another year, I sincerely pray for continued divine blessings, love and protection.

“We all will be alive to celebrate more years wisdom, entrepreneurship successes and service to humanity upon him”.
