NOUN Releases Academic Calendar for 2024 Second Semester

The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has released the second semester academic calendar for 2024, announcing key dates for key accademic activities.

In a statement issued by the university’s Public Relations Office, prospective and returning students can begin course and examination registration from July 22nd to October 4th, 2024, with facilitation commencing from August 12th to October 4th, 2024.

The statement further outlined the schedule for the three Tutor-Marked Assignments (TMAs) and the Pen on Paper Examination, which are scheduled for September 23rd to 29th, October 30th to 6th, and November 7th to 13th, 2024, respectively.

The E-exam period will commence from November 12th to December 5th, 2024, with the university’s management retaining the right to modify any of the dates in response to circumstances such as student misconduct.

The release of the second semester academic calendar follows the successful completion of the first semester, during which students were able to complete their coursework, submit assignments, and sit for examinations.

With the announcement of the second semester calendar, students are urged to begin preparations for the upcoming academic activities, ensuring that they familiarize themselves with the dates and deadlines for registration, facilitation, and examination.
