CSS Iva Valley Set 98 Restores Toilet Facility in Alumni Outreach Effort

In a heartwarming display of school spirit and community service, CSS Iva Valley Set 98 has taken on the task of restoring the toilet facility at their alma mater.

The renovation project, driven by a group of dedicated alumni, aims to address the needs of the student body and improve the overall hygiene and comfort of the school compound.

According to the chairman, Project Execution Committee, Surv. Sunday Ezeh, the drive behind the restoration effort is rooted in a deep-seated sense of responsibility towards the school and the students who use the toilet facility.

“As alumni, we believe that it is our duty to contribute to the continued success of our alma mater. This project is not only about improving the hygiene and comfort of the facility but also about demonstrating our care for the students who are the future leaders of our community,” said Surv. Ezeh while emphasizing the importance of community service and investment in the future

Surv. Ezeh continued, “the toilet restoration project represents just one aspect of the set’s ongoing commitment to their alma mater.
“This is only the beginning,” he said,

Highlighting the group’s desire to continue finding ways to give back to the school, he said “Our goal is to inspire other alumni and community members to join us in our efforts to create a better environment for our students. The roofing is about 80% done after which we shall commence plumbing work to draw water to the facility for easy flushing of human waste.”

“By working together, we can make a lasting impact that benefits not only the school but also the wider community,” he added, underscoring the importance of collective action and collaboration in achieving lasting change.

The chairman of the CSS set ’98, Mr Chinweike Ebirim in a show of support for the renovation efforts, stressed the importance of the toilet facility project in the broader context of the school’s overall development.

“The toilet facility is a vital component of the school’s infrastructure and serves as a crucial symbol of our commitment to providing a healthy and comfortable learning environment for our students,” said Ebirim.
