The CEO Heroine Women Foundation and president Women Support Women for Empowerment and Mentorship Initiative, WOSUWO, Ambassador Onyi Mamah has marked Valentine’s Day with a poignant display of compassion and empowerment to women in Enugu.

Celebrating the occasion with widows and other women’s groups at an event that underscored the importance of resilience and self-strength in the face of adversity, she encouraged attendees to remain focused in life.

The event, which was held at the office of WOSUWO brought together dozens of widows and women from various walks of life, all of whom were treated to a day of empowerment, encouragement, and celebration.

In her keynote address, Ambassador Mamah emphasized the importance of resilience and self-reliance, urging the women to tap into their inner strength and potential in order to overcome the challenges they face.

“You are not just survivors, you are thrivers,” Ambassador Mamah told the women. “You have within you the power to create positive change in your lives and in the lives of those around you.”

Throughout the day, the women were treated to music, dance, and other performances, adding a festive touch to the celebration.
