Group To Collaborate With Anambra State Government on Youth Empowerment

A Non Governmental Organisation, Global Family of Royal Ambassadors Kingdom, says it is ready to partner Anambra State Government on Youth empowerment and promote cultural exchange.

Hon Amb Jonathan David Okwudiri, Founder/Executive Director of the group gave this indication in Awka when he led a team to pay a courtesy visit to the Anambra State Commissioner of Youth Development, Patrick Agha Mbah.

The group also used the opportunity to officially introduce Queen (Amb) Genevieve Uzoukwu, winner of the Miss Global Royalty Africa beauty pageant 2025.

“As the founder of the Global Family of Royal Ambassadors Kingdom, I am proud to represent an organization that empowers youth and promotes cultural exchange. Our organization comprises various community-focused initiatives like Royal Ambassadors Family Enlightenment Foundation (RAFEF) with focus on Women and Youth Empowerment, education, and enlightenment;
Green Revolution Farmers Feed the Nation Foundation (GRFFNF), aimed at promoting agriculture and food security and Miss
Global Royalty Africa Beauty Pageant, a platform for promoting cultural exchange, beauty, and empowerment.

Ambassador Okwudiri told the Commissioner that he came to introduce Queen (Amb) Genevieve, whom he described as a shining star from Anambra State, who has brought glory to her state and country by winning the title – Miss Global Royalty Africa 2025.

“She is a proud daughter of Ezeawalu village in Nibo town, Awka South LGA, and her achievement is a testament to the talent and beauty that this state has to offer”.

He stated further, “The objective of our visit is to explore collaboration and partnership opportunities between our organization and the Ministry of Youth Development.

“We believe that by working together, we can create programs and initiatives that will empower young people in Anambra State and promote cultural exchange”.

“We propose the following areas of collaboration:

  1. Youth Empowerment Programs: Joint programs and initiatives that empower young people with skills and knowledge.
  2. Cultural Exchange: Cultural exchange programs that promote Anambra State’s rich cultural heritage.
  3. Capacity Building: Training and capacity-building programs for youth in Anambra State.

“We believe that our collaboration will have numerous benefits”, Okwudiri noted.

The Global Family of Royal Ambassadors Kingdom has a membership strength of over one million women and youth, with about 20,000 membership strength in Anambra State Chapter.

Ambassador Okwudiri used the occasion to request financial support from the Ministry of Youth Development and the Anambra State Government to enable HRM Queen Uzoukwu Chisimdi Genevieve to travel to two African countries between October and November 2025.

“We would like to appreciate the Governor of Anambra State, Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo, for his tireless efforts to make Anambra State a haven on earth. We also appreciate his initiatives geared towards improving economic development and empowerment of the citizens of the State.

“Our organizations in Anambra State Chapter will at all times support the good vision and administrative policies of the Executive Governor.

“In conclusion, we are excited about the opportunity to work with the Ministry of Youth Development and explore ways to empower young people in Anambra State. We believe that our collaboration will have a positive impact on the lives of young people and contribute to the development of Anambra state.

In response, the Commissioner for Youth Development, Hon Patrick Mba, appreciated the Founder/Director General of the Royal Ambassadors Family Enlightenment Foundation (RAFEF) for making out time to lead members of the Organisation to his office for the Courtesy Visit/Familiarisation Tour.

He also applauded the Winner of the Miss Global Royalty Africa 2025, who contested for the beauty Pageant and won the Title for Anambra people and promised to have a good working relationship and synergy with the Miss Global Royalty Africa Beauty Pageant in making sure that the newly crowned Beauty Queen discharged her duties efficiently and effectively throughout her tenure of office.

The Commissioner further told the Founder /Director General of the Global Family of Royal Ambassadors that his organisations should come and register with the Ministry of Youth Development Anambra State for immediate integration into the programs and activities of the ministry in empowering the youths in the State so that the youth Wing of the organisation will become beneficiaries of the programs of the State Government.

While reacting to the demands made by the Founder /Director General of the organisation, Hon Amb Jonathan David Okwudiri, he assured the organisation that his ministry will at all times support and empower the youths of the Royal Ambassadors Family Enlightenment Foundation ( RAFEF) and the Young Women Rise Empowerment and Support Initiative ( YWRESI) and as well make provisions and support the Winner of Miss Global Royalty Africa 2025 as requested in the address of the Director General.
