Tinubu Distribution Of Food Items To Ebonyi People, An Act Of Compassion- Belusochukwu Enwere

By Our News Editor

The Coordinator of President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda in the Southeast geopolitical zone, Mr Belusochukwu Enwere, has said that the distribution of various food items to citizens of Ebonyi State is a practical demonstration of compassion, solidarity and shared commitment to improving the welfare of the people, especially during the yuletide.

Distributing the items in Abakaliki, Enwere stated that the Tinubu administration is anchored on inclusiveness, people-centred governance, and restoring hope to Nigerians.

“This event is not just a ceremonial gathering; Christmas is a season of love, sacrifice and sharing. It reminds us of the importance of caring for one another, particularly the vulnerable among us, and families facing hardship.

“Ebonyi State holds a special place in the South East and in our collective development aspirations. The industrious spirit of Ebonyi people, their resilience, and commitment to progress deserve continuous support.

“This distribution of food items is a token of our appreciation and a reassurance that the Renewed Hope Agenda recognises and values the welfare of the people at the grassroots,” he said.

Enwere commended the stakeholders and other members of the movement in Ebonyi State for their support to President Tinubu and their cooperation to ensure his reelection in 2027.

He urged the beneficiaries to receive the food items in the spirit of the season and continue to support government policies and programs aimed at sustainable development, economic empowerment, and social stability.

“As we celebrate Christmas and prepare to welcome a new year, let us renew our hope, strengthen our unity, and recommit ourselves to peace, hard work and collective progress. Together, we can build a stronger South East and a more prosperous Nigeria,” he added.

The state coordinator of organisation, James Alaka, said that the distribution was to show the magnanimity of President Tinubu towards indigent citizens of the state.
