ESHDC Launches Promotional Offer on Residential Plots

The Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) has announced the availability of residential plots in its newly developing estates across Enugu State. The estates, which include Millennium Estate, Network Phase 2 Estate, Elite Estate, Blossom Garden Estate, Platinum Estate, Transit Phase 2 Estate, and University Estate, are part of ESHDC’s ongoing commitment to providing accessible, well-planned and secure housing environments for residents and investors.

As part of a limited promotional campaign, ESHDC is offering discounted rates for bulk purchases of 50 plots and above, as well as special promo pricing for individual plot buyers. All subscriptions come with instant allocation upon payment, making this an excellent opportunity for both private homeowners and large-scale investors.

The Corporation invites interested members of the public, corporate organizations, and real estate investors to contact them for further details, site inspections, and purchase procedures.
