HBD: Honouring Zion’s Remarkable Legacy of Compassion


It was indeed a joyous moment when friends gathered to pay tribute to an exceptional individual, Rt Hon. Livinus Okechukwu Okolo, affectionately known as Zion or Ebekuodike, whose life embodies the values of kindness, selflessness, and dedicated service to humanity. As a distinguished philanthropist and grassroots politician from Akpakwume in Udi LGA of Enugu State, Zion has made a profound impact on the lives of many, inspiring hope and positive change in his community.

‎As the Prime Minister of Akpakwume Ancient Kingdom, Zion has demonstrated a remarkable leadership style characterized by humility, empathy, and a deep understanding of the needs of his people. His kindness, generosity, and vision for a better future have earned him a revered place in the hearts of many. Notably, Zion:

‎- Sponsored numerous students in various schools in Akpakwume, empowering the next generation
‎- Attracted electricity to the community, enhancing daily life and economic opportunities
‎- Dug boreholes, providing access to clean water and improving health outcomes
‎- Built a civic center, fostering community engagement and development
‎- Attracted the Marist Brothers school, expanding educational opportunities to Akpakwume indegins.

‎As we commemorate Zion’s birthday, we extend our warmest felicitations to him. May this special day be filled with joy, love, and celebration.
