Planned Power Outage in Some Parts of Enugu Cancelled

The Mainpower Electricity Distribution Limited (MEDL) wishes to inform her esteemed customers in parts of Enugu that the planned outage which was originally scheduled from Wednesday, October 22, 2025, to Friday, October 31, 2025 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m, has been cancelled.

The cancellation of the exercise as communicated by the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) is due to unforeseen technical constraints.

According to a release by Emeka Ezeh

Mainpower Electricity Distribution Limited, “The 33KV feeders earlier scheduled for the outage on rotational basis are: Kingsway Lines 1& 2, Emene Industrial Lines 1&2, Thinkers Corner, Trans-Ekulu, Ugwuogo, and Ituku Ozalla.

The new schedule for the planned maintenance will be communicated to our customers once that is confirmed.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by this change and appreciate your patience and understanding.
